We proudly offer worldwide shipping, including delivery to many remote and hard-to-reach locations.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States (48 states): 3–5 business days
International Orders: 8–15 business days
Remote Locations: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, and other external factors.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: Free
Express Shipping: $12.99–$19.99
Additional shipping fees may apply to certain remote regions (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and similar locations). If additional charges apply, you will be notified before your order is shipped.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to send products to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
For APO/FPO military addresses, we recommend providing a backup residential address whenever possible, as some carriers may have delivery restrictions.
Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information.
In some countries, customs authorities may require additional details such as identification numbers, tax numbers, or other verification information. If necessary, VioVeil may contact you using the email address provided during checkout.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional fees, or delivery issues, for which the customer assumes responsibility.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, VioVeil cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or has not been delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
To process a claim:

Eligibility for a replacement or refund is determined at the sole discretion of VioVeil.
If a replacement shipment is provided as a courtesy, the replacement order will not be eligible for additional refunds or returns.
